San Rafael home model

This mid range residential home model was made of an existing home in San Rafael and includes new features for the property including an additional home extension, accessory dwelling unit (ADU), solar panels, and pool. Existing trees were matched and also came with a separate set floor plans. The model was made from a combination of original floor plans, new architectural plans, and property layout. The base was cut to match the property lines.
