Geared Turbo Fan (GTF)
Pratt & Whitney

Part Size                   3' x 3' x 9.5'

Scale                         1:1 Actual size

The world's latest and most efficient jet engine. Titanic Design 3D printed the "core" of the geared turbo fan engine from customer CAD. This enabled Pratt & Whitney to create an immersive communication tool showing off the advancements in their engine technology at a fraction of the cost of the real thing.

F-350 Chassis with aeroshell

Part Size                  7.4' x 4' x 4'

Scale                        1:3

This hyper accurate scale model was created using a combination of Ford F-350 CAD data and a custom aerodynamic back shell. The model features working running lights, turning wheels for ease of transport, and a functional rear storage space.

CFM 56 Jet Engine Bypass Fan

This venerable jet engine is currently used by Airbus, Boeing, and military aircraft around the world. This piece was commissioned as lobby wall art at a fraction of the weight (and cost) of the real thing.

Space Cat - Art Installation

Cat-Henge was designed by accomplished artist David Normal. Featuring acoustic sensors, speakers, and of course lighting. This interactive display is the worlds biggest 3D printed cat.
